Duties: Responsible for the support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems for desktop and laptop computers. Install hardware and software on workstations. Set up and maintain network and telecommunications systems. Troubleshoot LAN, server and connectivity issues. Utilize ticketing system, when necessary. Re-image computers, perform data migrations and restorations, and conduct remote problem solving when required. Must possess a working knowledge of hardware components, hardware configurations, and have strong software experience. Job Title - Health Support Administrator
In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day interactions and processes required to support health organizations throughout their engagement with Client. You will ensure that appropriate internal resources and teams are involved, aligned and informed. You will be driven and motivated by delivering excellent customer experience for healthcare organizations, their patients and our users
Monitor and manage inbound inquiries and communication from health organizations throughout their engagement with Client.
As required, work directly with health organizations to ensure end-to-end success during their engagement with Client.
Manage and coordinate issue escalations, coordinating with engineering, partner management and support teams through to issue resolution.
Skills: MacOS, iOS
10 + years of experience.
3 to 5 years experience in healthcare or enterprise technology in a support or implementation consulting capacity.
Experience defining, developing and managing business-to-business engagement and support processes.
Proven ability to work across engineering, support, documentation, and program management functions.
Experience managing support ticket processes and solutions.
Demonstrable and proven experience building relationships with and collaborating with large, complex business partners.
Adept and comfortable with learning new technologies and applications.
Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and data standards a plus.
