Job Description
Looking for an experienced Project Manager and a problem solver to manage business process and system improvement initiatives for the IS&S Payments & Commerce Analytics organization. Many of the projects could be related to improving the infrastructure for data collection/maintenance and report creation including delivering various dashboards for business KPIs. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams to define, build and roll-out innovative solutions that bring efficiency in business operations and increase accuracy and scalability of data/reporting. The job includes the ability to lead resources, prepare appropriate project documentation, delegate tasks to team members, effectively communicate project status, manage project risk, implement change management and conduct training. In addition to being an excellent PM, who could influence and collaborate across all levels of organization, you should have strong ability to design and develop solutions for complex problems by having deep understanding of business operations. The candidate will also support the annual planning process where the critical business process and system improvement projects get prioritized. 

Key Qualifications 
Ability to define and lead strategic projects combined with the ability to execute at tactical project-level activities and tasks 
Ability to create processes from a business need or issue 
Extensive knowledge of project management methodology 
Experience managing medium (6-8 month) to large (8-12+month) projects for 5+ years 
Proven ability to manage to deadlines and meet cost constraints 
Excellent communication skills 
Excellent leadership skills 
Excellent presentation skills 
Excellent organizational and documentation skills 
Ability to maintain and develop relationships within the project team 
Ability to work with ambiguity 
Excellent knowledge of the systems development lifecycle 
Proficient in business process flow diagramming 
Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather requirements 
Ability to perform robust business process analysis and recommend solutions 
Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global, fast-paced environment 
Literacy with Git, Jira 
Knowledge of Python, SQL a plus 

The essential duties of this position include: 
Lead and implement process and system improvement initiatives across all functional groups in IS&S Payments & Commerce Analytics organization by driving/leading/coordinating project efforts 
Leverage industry trends, best practices, and leading-edge technology and process improvement ideas 
Incorporate best practices for Project Management to ensure consistent delivery of quality projects 
Partner successfully with IS&T and all other stakeholders to ensure process and system solutions are well integrated into the current and future business capabilities.
