Job Description - QA - Channel Demo Systems Production

Key Qualifications
▪ Very strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
▪ Experienced user of macOS, iOS, watchOS, tvOS Client Apps, and Client hardware
▪ Minimum 2 years experience systems quality testing
▪ Expert in designing functional and regression testing and writing test cases
▪ Have deep understanding of software development and the QA lifecycle
▪ Experience with system networks - wired and wireless
▪ Experience deploying software and hardware of large scale and complexity
▪ Experience in developing and automating using scripting and coding languages a strong plus
▪ Self-motivated and able to work with little guidance
▪ Proficient in Excel/Numbers and Keynote applications
▪ Experience designing functional and regression testing and writing test cases
▪ Experience deploying software and hardware of large scale and complexity
▪ Extremely detailed oriented, and have a knack for finding “needles in haystacks.”
▪ Ability to efciently review a checklist of hundreds of on-device settings, and identify discrepancies.


You will get to build, package, and test iOS, tvOS, macOS demo content images to be deployed to over 5M demo devices at Client’s points of sale around the world.
You will evaluate and update detailed QA checklists to ensure demo content accuracy.
You will design end-to-end functional and regression test programs for technical systems
You will Develop detailed test plans, cases, and scripts
You will develop technical documentation including training, installation and FAQs
You will implement best practice QA test methodologies, processes and tools, including automation
You will perform ad-hoc and structured tests on a daily basis. Document test findings, analyze data, and handle bug reporting.
You will lead technical troubleshooting for existing business systems
Manage and resolve Tier3 support inquiries that are not able to be resolved by frontline and tier 2 call center support
You will collaborate with engineering development teams
